What counts as a shipment?
One shipment = one booking request you submit through the platform — regardless of route, container count, or shipping type. Cancelled, rejected, or expired bookings do not count against your quota.
Search, schedule lookups, container tracking, and rate quotes are not metered as shipments. You can search 340+ ports and 130+ carriers without burning through your booking quota.
Is there a free plan?
Nope — we retired it. Starter is $1.99/month, roughly one sip of a latte, and you can cancel anytime in two clicks. We'd rather charge a fair $1.99 than bury you in ads or sell your data. No contracts, no setup fees, no hard feelings if you leave.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
New booking requests get a friendly upgrade prompt — or grab a single extra shipment at the Starter price, no commitment. Tracking and document access for your existing bookings keeps working; we never freeze your shipments mid-transit.
Can I change or downgrade my plan?
Anytime, in one click from your Billing page — up or down. Bought Pro+ and only need Pro? Switch down and you keep this month's full shipment allowance; we credit the unused part of your old plan toward your next invoice. Nothing is lost, and the lower price kicks in next cycle.
Cancelling & auto-renew
Auto-renew is on by default so you never lose access by accident — your plan renews each month for the plan you chose. Turn it off (or move to No plan) whenever you like: you keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account simply moves to No plan. No early-termination fees, no clawbacks, no surprises.
